We provide training and employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Their jobs are empowering  and provide the community with a heart changing experience.


The national unemployment rate for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is 80%. This number includes adults within our communities, families, and schools. They are capable but have not been given the opportunity or resources. We want to support and provide a job experience that will bring them a new sense of empowerment and honor.
